Thank you for subscribing to BrokenHeart.in. We aim to provide heartfelt stories that touch your soul. Since our content is digital and subscription-based, please review our refund and returns policy carefully.
1. Digital Subscriptions – No Returns
As our products are entirely digital (online stories and member-only content), there are no physical items to return. Once a subscription is purchased and access is granted, we cannot offer returns.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following limited circumstances:
You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
You were charged after canceling your subscription (must provide evidence).
You faced technical issues that prevented you from accessing the content and our support team couldn’t resolve the issue within 7 days of reporting.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or dissatisfaction with story content.
3. Free Preview and Trial Access
We offer free access to select stories or first 3 articles free before requiring a subscription. This allows you to experience our content before committing to a plan.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), email us at:

📅 Within 7 days of your payment date.
📝 Include: your registered email, payment receipt, and reason for the request.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days
5. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but you will retain access until your current billing period ends. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of our services means you agree to the updated terms.
